With over 15 years of experience, her sphere of influence has traversed the globe - reaching the US, Asia and Africa.  She and her company, The Pacemaker Group, have transformed the lives of hundreds of professionals through workshops, seminars and coaching circles.

Nasika’s academic qualifications have provided a platform for a successful career. With a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia, Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and accredited certifications in facilitation (CPF) and coaching (CPC), her wide breath of experience has had profound results.

As a Consultant focused on performance and training improvement strategies, she has delivered in the areas of learning and organizational development, performance and change management. She has supported has a wide range of Corporates, private companies and organizations in the education and non-profit sector to realize their full potential.

Her coaching experience has seen her provide support to both individuals and teams in private and corporate settings. In addition to her private coaching practice, she also partners with Strathmore University Business School as an adjunct faculty member in Coaching and Executive Mentoring.
